The rules are simple, anything goes! Whether it's in your street car, drift car, truck, bike, golf cart, go kart or whatever, come out and give it a go.
The official call has been made. Tomorrow's 2018 V 4 & Rotary Nationals Drag Racing Day and NZ Burnout Nationals has been cancelled. In the past 13 years, we have never had to make this call so it's not one we make lightly.
We have made a united call with advice from sponsors, track management and competitors coming from close and afar that tomorrow is officially cancelled. Mother Nature is not on our side for this event and has been extremely unpredictable. Even if the weather comes right tomorrow, the holds ups on track due to cleaning/drying after a shower is enough to put off spectators and competitors. This will also mean that the track will be unsafe and we are not keen on loosing cars at our event. The National is not the Nationals if the weather isn’t right.
There is no rain date and all paid entrants will be in touch from our team to sort refund or transfer.
